Daydreaming

Sometimes I wake up in the morning and all I want to do is to get dressed in nice clothes, take my time doing my make up and go to a museum. After admiring the beauty of the paintings and  artefacts, I go to a nice caffee where the old French/Italian music plays while I daydream and enjoy my cappuccino.
As cheesy as it sounds I do have those days and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
I will not complain about the windy weather and how hard it was to take some decent pictures. What do you guys think about the outfit? Would you wear wide leg trousers or not?

Dior Exhibition at Harrods

Two weeks ago I went to London and of course I couldn't miss Dior exhibition at Harrods. I felt like in a mini museum: at the entrance you could hear Christian Dior's story, then step by step you were discovering the most iconic items in Dior history from fragances to haute couture dresses. After visiting, you could also have a cup of tea and relax in the fascinating athmosphere at Dior CafĂ©.

For this post I've decided to change the size of the photos otherwise the page load speed would have been very slow.
P.S. Click here to access Royal Allure on facebook.

dress over dress

Like every person living in England I have a neverending problem that is not going to be solved very soon: complaining about the unpredictable weather. It may sound weird, but I actually love rainy days. What I dislike the most is wind. Since my eyes are quite sensitive they get tearful really easy in cold windy days. This is the main reason why in most of the pictures I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.
Having said that, I will start talking about my outfit. I was looking into my closet and I've seen this hot pink coat dress and realised that I wore it only twice and ages ago. So, I decided to wear it as a coat over another dress. Everything else is black because I wanted to make this lovely pink shade stand out. In the end I was pleased with the result. What do you think about it?

Pink Blazer

When I dressed up to hang out the other day I didn't plan to take any outfit pictures. I just put on something cosy and went out to enjoy the unusual English sun, but then I had my camera with me so why not?
Enjoy!

Blazer/Skirt/Boots: H&M

Burgundy Crop Jacket

When I chose my clothes I wanted to feel cosy and chic at the same time. So I did wearing a whole black outfit with a touch of burgundy. Do you guys remember when I bought this loafers and showed them to you in this post?
The atmosphere in this town is always magical (except when is overcrowded by the tourists). Every building has an interesting hidden story behind its marvellous architecture. The quiet scholar gardens and the Almighty sound of the chapels' bells that break the silence from time to time make this little town an unique place.

P.S. You can now find me on facebook here.

Old School Preppy

Well, my darlings, you can't enjoy the sun very often in England. This is how I usually dress like at uni when the weather is nice. When I created this outfit I was thinking of the old school preppy students and also of the A/W 2013 Valentino collection.
The hairstyle is cosy and very easy to do: a simple braid and you're ready to go.

Enjoy!
