A good thing about coming back home is that I find clothes I completely forgot I own. This is what happened with this red dress hanging in the back of my closet for ages. Or this bag that I bought during high school. So, I've decided to accessorise the dress with brown details to get a vague vintage touch. Anyway, have you noticed how much these espadrille wedges from ZARA resemble the ones from Yves Saint Laurent ?

Chic Pink

Remember when I got this skirt for my birthday? If not, you can check this birthday post out if you like. I was dying to wear it for ages and I finally got the perfect occasion. I know many of you will say 'Oh! Peplum skirts are so last season' or something like that. But honestly, I don't wear what is fashionable in a particular season, I like to wear clothes that are comfortable and suitable for me and my style. When I created this outfit I wanted to feel very lady-like. So, I added white and gold jewellery and old Guess nude heels. 

That being said, I have to mention that my eyes don't like the sun at all. So, if you're wondering why they look so small is because I was struggling to keep them open.

Short Dress

The weather was so hot the other day that I decided to wear this ridiculously short dress. So short that I have to wear a high waisted skirt underneath. I ended up looking like a puffed cupcake with long legs. My excuse? When my mom told me 'That dress is too short' I simply answered 'No mom, my legs look... long in this dress.' After these words popped out of my mouth I realized that I sounded as ridiculous as a self-confident teenager from American movies. Seeing these pictures I realize mom was right it wasn't that ... bad?!

Sunshine

A few thoughts...

Do you know that feeling when you fight for something and focus all your energy to achieve your goals? Yes, that feeling when you work hard and put all your effort into it. Well, I bet you know what I'm talking about. But, do you know that feeling of excitement when you're waiting for the results and your heartbeats multiply? Or that feeling when your eyes glitter because you enjoy the satisfying results after all your hard work? That feeling of fulfilment which makes you so happy and complete.

 I've been told that we live for these moments. I don't want my thoughts to sound too clicheic. Keep motivated and prepare your "battle" plan folks, a lot of opportunities are waiting for you!

Now, I chose this dress because it reminded me of Greek goddesses and also I think that wearing white on sun-kissed skin is one of the best choices during summer, especially if you add some gold accessories.

Romanian Seaside

I couldn't have been happier when my mom told me to pack because we were going to the seaside the next day. It was all I needed after the stressful academic terms. I know many people dream of travelling as far away as possible and spend their holiday beside foreign seasides. Well, it is understandable because I have that feeling too very often. But sometimes, I come to the conclusion that if you want to relax for a bit you don't need to go that far. Don't misunderstand me I am a big fan of travelling, exploring different countries and discoveriung new cultures. But, if you live in a country that provides nice seaside why wouldn't you take advantage of it? Remember that your country is foreign for other people too. 

That having been said, here are some pictures of my short, but lovely holiday.
