Lovely Skirt

I am very aware of the fact that I haven't posted in a while but this is because I've been busy moving back to England, then moving house here, studying etc. I am planning to start posting more often because I enjoy blogging and I have a bunch of ideas that I want to show you.

I wore this outfit one month ago when the weather was still warm and I could wear skirts without tights. This is my one of my favourite skirts in my wardrobe. It's one of those items that tells a story. Well, I bought it from Zara in Vienna two years ago. It was my 18th birthday and the store was closing at 6:00. I was the last customer which luckily entered the store at 5:59 ran to the shelves, grabbed it in my size, ran to the cashier, paid it and smiled like a kid in a candy store. This is what I call last-minute decision.
Oh, God! Sounds like the confessions of a shopaholic.
Sorry for the quality of the photos, the wind was blowing and I was stuggling to keep my eyes open.

I look so mean in this photo.

Wind In My Hair

Everytime I wear this dress I remember the moment when I bought it. I was shopping

with my bestfriend who crossed Europe just to spend Christmas with me. How lovely is this? Going back to the story: it was the Christmas Eve and the shop assistants were about to close the shop and we couldn't stop trying on dresses. How annoying we are! The one I'm wearing in pictures was on sale and fitted like a glove. I could'n resist and I said YES to the gorgeous dress.
I love clothes that tell a story.
I shot these pictures in less than 5 minutes because the weather was way too windy. This is the reason why my hair and dress look crazy.

A Farewell to Summer

Last week I found this dress in my closet. I haven't worn it for ages and I thaught that I have to wear it until the summer is completely over. I put it in a corner of my closet and left it...
Yesterday, I felt a little sad that the summer is over. No, summer isn't my favourite season. What makes me sad is the fact that I won't be able to wear many dresses on cold days. When I looked at the dress hanging in my closet it was desperately screaming "Take me out this summer. I want to get lost in the sunbeams".
Well, no. Not really. I am just daydreaming and I can't say in a few words that "I wore a dress I haven't worn in a while, I still like it and felt like a fairy waving my wings sleeves and walking barefoot around the garden"

The End.

A Touch of Pink

As you can see I have a new haircut. It's not a big difference, I just wanted to get rid of the split ends and make it look healthier.
When I've first seen this white shirt in a local store it reminded me of the preppie look and that next month I will go back to uni. Thus and so, I matched it with a black pleat skirt. But because it started to look a little sober for summer I added a pair of pale pink sandals.

Unexpected Weather

I am glad to feel the windy and rainy weather again, especially after several boiling hot days. I'm one of those people who really enjoy rainy days while staying home, drinking hot chocolate and reading a good book. I spent the last couple of weeks in my hometown. I can't complain. Feels good to be back home for a short while, but I do miss England and can't wait to go back.
For the yesterday outfit I chose a blue dress that I accessorized  with a vintage clutch and Guess sandals. I finished it adding a gorgeous pair of earrings stolen from my mom. I just hope the weather won't change for at least one month because now it's perfect: around 25°C
